I spoke to Anna who guided me through out the process. She transferred interested candidates to me and held my hand throughout the whole process. I was initially under the impression that like other full service recruitment companies, they’d bring in people that they liked and I wasn’t going to have a diverse list . I ended up going to a final interview for 6 top candidates out of the many that they contacted and I ended up choosing 2 people as they were my top choices. They kept in touch weeks later to let me know that I had a replacement clause , if I needed to fire anyone. The only thing I wish that they have is more people with more experience. I think this is crucial because if they had more experienced people, the recruitment time would be shorter. It was a good experience either way. I have hired a few people here and there but I saw that they had introduced their’ in house virtual sales team’. I decided to try it out the first month just to see what it’s like and to see if it was more lucrative than hiring on my own. Here are a few things I liked and disliked. Likes 1. They have a person for each task ( lead sourcing, cold calling, contact enrichment, pitching and transfer) 2. They have a process for everyone so the leads go through an actual sales funnel 3. They transferred interested leads promptly to me . 4. I could see the leads being pursued and how from a shared google sheets file. Dislikes 1. The sales team didn’t ask for my process and just went with their own process which caused a delay as we had to scrap work and start over after a week of work. 2. Their sales team is used to a hand off approach and I guess they are independent workers but they do give you the option of a hands off or hands on approach ( I wasn’t aware) So far , so good. I am on month 3 with the in house virtual sales team and it feels hassle free. I did still hire however as I offer other services. They were up for the task.
